Hello World

We are TSOAC Digital Services and we are here to party.

If you’ve chanced upon this video, probably this is not a coincidence. The title of this video has both a statement and a question in it. So, where did this concept of cats being evil come from?

It’s not possible for anyone to not have heard it, and if you’re one of them looking for the reason behind such perceptions, we have got it covered for you!

Whatever anybody says, the real bad guys here are Hollywood movies and TV series. For ages, cats have been portrayed as either evil creature or bad omen, similar to ravens in films and TV shows, and that largely affects the mindsets of people watching them.

In movies, witches and the bad guys have had a cat in their lap. But hold on, it’s not because they represent evil. Cats are easier to hold and handle on movie and TV sets which is a more plausible reason why cats are featured as the evil’s buddy apart from their looks and associated superstition.

Talking about superstitions, girls who owned or kept a cat were suspected of witchcraft in the west. In other southeastern cultures, a black cat crossing your path is considered to be a bad omen.

And if you keep superstitions aside, cats are also considered evil for their looks, sometimes. A cat’s pupil changes shapes according to stimulation levels, and sometimes it may even switch to a vertical shape.
